Employment Agreement Generator

The agreement is made and entered into this by and between

FIRST: International Recruitment Company Saudi Arabia will be referred to as the (Employer) represented by its Attorney AMR OVERSEAS LTD License No: RL-2123, Dhaka, Bangladesh

SECOND: will be referred to as (Employee)

And in consideration of the mutual convenient herein both the parties do here by agreed as follows:

Contract Period: 2 years from the date of arrival to Saudi Arabia

Probationary Period: The employee will be on probation of (3) months from the date he commences work

Salary: Employee will get a monthly basic Salary (600) Saudi Riyal

Duty Hours: 8 hours duty per day. 6 days a week

Vacation: The employee will be entitled to 60 days leave on successful completion of 2 Years continuous work

Air Passage: Both Ways Free

Food allowance: Company will provide food 200 SR

Accommodation, Medical & Transportation: Company will provide free

All other terms & conditions as per Saudi Arabia Labor law.

Please arrange to recruit the following personnel on the terms & conditions given below against the block.

Food, Accommodation: Free

Transportation: Free

Medical, insurance, Iqama: Free

Air Passage Both ways: Free

Working hours per day: 8 hours

Days in a week: 6 days

Probationary period: 3 Months

Vacation (After 2 years): 42 days

Period of Contract: 2 years

All other terms & conditions as per Saudi Labor Laws.

Know all man by these present that we, International Recruitment Company Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, do here by appoint.

Hereby appoint them to be our lawful attorney and agent to handle all necessary work involve including deposit of registration fees etc. with the emigrant Govt. of Bangladesh signing all documents for their passport & passage.

This power of attorney valid for the recruitment of 2 Bangladeshi workers under our block.

This said company is also authorized to make agreement, select them and sign contract for this purpose on our behalf according to the demand letter.
